    Note

    5kg carousal normally used for the 5kg cylinder but it may be used for 12.5kg cylinders.
    Operating flow rate can be varying with cylinder type that use to this carousal.
    2kg cylinder filling machine not continues process. When consider one hour, average flow
    rate can be taken. When consider one cylinder filling moment, flow rate is higher than
    average flow rate.
    Every flow meters will be install inside the plant.

    Common conditions for all flow meters

    Pressure

    Minimum pressure : 6 bar


    Operating pressure : 12 bar
    Maximum pressure : 15 bar

    Temperature

    Minimum temperature : 100C


    Operating temperature : 300C
    Maximum temperature : 500C

    Quality

    70% butane 30% propane
