Thisisaseriousproblemthatdesperatelyneedstobesolvedthroughdietingand
exercise.Followingahealthydietandlifestylecandramaticallydecreaseapersons
riskofbeingobeseandtheeffectsthatfollow.Staringattheroot(children)will
distillhealthybehavioralpatternsthatwouldotherwisebehardertopickupforan
unhealthyperson.Thiscanbedonebyincludingeducationalprogramsinschools
forelementaryagechildren.Ifpeoplecommittoconqueringobesity,thenalarge
healthcarechangewouldfollow.Weareluckythatthisisanissuewithawayof
solvingthatiswithinourgrasp.
