Global Supply Chain Operations Manager

manufacturing, operations and Sales office in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The group operates in multiple
domains such as Commercial LED lighting products, furniture, agriculture etc. The company sells its
commercial LED lighting products to OEMs ,distributors and end users in USA and Canada.

Job Description

This is a strategic position to optimize supply chain related operations for Eran Group. The manager would
play a critical role in suggesting and implementing effective measures.

Define and improve global supply chain operations for the group
Take leadership in improving group's supply chain programs like JIT, VMI, MTO, Quickship etc. and
also defining standard operating procedures for the same.
Optimize downstream supply chain to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
Overlook warehouses to make sure the day to day process flow is running smoothly.
Define inventory reordering points for our warehouses in USA.
Define economic order quantity for various products
Prepare strategies to improve stock replenishments for customers in JIT program and our Open
inventory items.
Help reduce dead inventory from the warehouses by proper planning and process implementation.
Optimize the supply chain activities between various nodes to cut costs
Utilize data to come up with monthly reports for the management's use
Improvements in the new product launch process to reduce turnaround time
 Work closely with product sourcing team for effective induction of new products and making sure
that these new product information are flowing smoothly among all teams.
Critical analysis of the operational activities and execution of improvements
Plan for successful implementation of technological tools to optimize operations
Should understand a full process flow between Vendor, Warehouse and customer in fulfilling an
order.
Managing our supply chain, inventory and warehouse management tools.

Requirements

2-4 years experience in supply chain of manufacturing industry with global exposure
MBA or equivalent course in operations management
Go getter attitude
Leadership abilities to take charge
Open to a dynamic environment with willingness to learn and adapt.
Experience with a supply chain and warehouse management tool is a must.
