Mechanic, RM Robotics Team

I led technical aspect of the FIRST FTC robotics challenge and learned valuable team interaction
strategies. The reason I joined the robotics team was my exposure to STEM from Space Camp in
Huntsville, Alabama where I learned about team interaction, space history and engineering
design.

Led Boycott, College Gardens Elementary School

In 5th grade, I started a boycott against school lunches because of their poor nutritional value
and portioning. The project was not school-related, so I had to work almost every day of recess. I
met with the county nutritionist, state Senators and the supervisor of the MCPS school lunch
program. Meetings resulted in the listing of calories on menus and caused the reconsideration
of multiple items (i.e Mac and Cheese).

Volunteer Service Projects, Community Service
