Analyse The Geografi of Planology of

Subdistrict of Wajo of Town Makassar. Skripsi of Faculty of Mathematics and
Natural Sciences of Makassar University.
This research aim to to : Knowing Whether Planology Arrangement in
Subdistrict of Wajo of Town Makassar as according to Regional Planning method.
Research target to identify the planology deviation in Subdistrict Wajo and
becoming variable from this research is : 1. Planology ( function of service and
marketing), 2. Social Economic ( commerce and industrial), 3. Social Cultural
( Governmental, White colars, Education, Health and Observance), 4. Resident
( sum up the resident and density), 5. Physical and Infrastructure ( Geographical,
infrastructure network and structure of farm use).
Target research is condition real of Subdistrict Wajo in the form of comparison
among planology arrangement which now with the previous plan and becoming
responder from this research is institution of governance. and society of
Subdistrict Wajo.
Result of research show the : Real condition from existing planology aspect :
not regular and solid farm use pattern, broadly 0,2166.83 Ha or 29.03 Percentage
of wide Subdistrict Wajo, high farm Use intensity, ranging from 375.10 until
584.70 per metre, distribution of commerce facility only include;cover the facility
of transfer of goods and service retail / at retail, and grocery commerce, growth
rate last resident ten years its his 1996-2006 is mean 0,4 Gratuity per year of while
growth rate of year resident 1976-1996 is mean of per year 0.8 Gratuity show the
degradation and also pattern of resident spreading at one particular town tend to
always concentration of at certain area, with the density flatten the nya only

Planology arrangement in Subdistrict Wajo not yet as according to regional
planning theory because of condition of space physical which is not adequate,
development which do not flatten so also with the accomodation energy which
unable to make balance to the consumer ( producer, merchant, consumer) to
generate dirty and deviation, good from physical facet, and also freshment, in
commercial activity.
