Dear Sir/Madam,

Within preparation activities for the launching of the first Call for Proposals, the
Joint Technical Secretariat, in cooperation with the Operating Structures of both
countries (Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro, Ministry of Finance of
Montenegro - Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance
Funds (CFCU) and Ministry of Local Government Administration of the Republic
of Kosovo) are inviting you to three-days training on Project Cycle
Management in the frame of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme
Montenegro Kosovo 2014-2020.

This training will take place from 28 February 02 March 2017 in Roaje,
Montenegro. You will timely be informed about the exact location (the
premises) of the event.

Please, be informed that the number of the participants is limited to a maximum

of 30. Since the number of the participants is limited, we are kindly asking you to
register one representative of your institution/organization.

In case that the maximum number of the participants is fulfilled, the others will
be informed that the further registration is not possible.

In addition, please be informed that:

The main language of the training will be English with the possibility of
usage of Albanian and Montenegrin, if necessary.
The costs of the accommodation and the transport of the participants are
 not covered by the organizers.
