As a dual major, Jessie had her assignment for the first half of the semester in a special education classroom with a special education supervisor; and the second half of the semester with the second grade under my supervision. Jessie was well planned and prepared for each lesson demonstrating structure and pacing. She integrated her lesson with the technology that was available. She managed student behavior and classroom procedures. Jessie created a positive environment. She had a good rapport with the students and got to know them quickly in the short time she was there. There are written requirements for the course that Jessie accomplished in a most professional manner. Her work was exemplary. | would highly recommend Jessie for any position that you may have available.
