What led to the development of political parties is the veiws of the Federalist and the Democratic-Recublicans. The
Federalist believed in a strong Natinal goverment and veiwed the constitution in a unstrict maner. Some examples are
the National bank, Alien and Sedition Acts which clearly violated the First amendment and others. The Federalist looked
up to the British and there style of goverment. The Democratic-Recublicans believed in a Strict Interpritation of the
constitution, and that the Average man should have a voice in goverment. The Democratic-Recublicans viewed France
as a Forgen allie.

Instructor comment: You have some good ideas but there needs to be a bit a
clarification of policies and ideals. [loose vs. strict not strict vs. unstrict]
