Subject: Miss management and unsatisfactory performance

With reference to the audit from head office team which was held at 16 th May 2017,
it has been felt on a serious need to be called upon for a meeting.
During the audit it was observed and checked by the team that a lot of
discrepancies are present in the present management team of cothm Johar town.
The audit teams have provided us with the performance gaps and non-adherence to
the procedures that were communicated to us. Attached is note from the audit
team.
Because this is a performance liability that I had not anticipated therefore, it is time
to call upon a meeting in order to investigate the actual reasons for this poor
performance and lack of team work. Meeting shall be held immediately and all
management staff is required to attend.
