Not all dreamers are winners, but all winners are dreamers. Your dream is the key
to your future. The Bible says that, "without a vision (dream), a people perish
." You need a dream, if you're going to succeed in anything you do.

LOOK
No one can give you a vision for your life, you have to discover it for yourself
- and here's how:
1. Look within you. What moves you? What are you excited about? What floats your
boat? What injustice in the world makes you cry?
2. Look behind you. What has life taught you? Experience provides us with the wi
sdom needed to fulfil our destiny. Look carefully, what is your past telling you
about your future?
3. Look around you. You didn't just spring up out of the ground. It took two peo
ple to make you and you haven't lived a hermit's life or you would not be readin
g this. Moses needed 70 elders, Jesus had 12 disciples, Steve Jobs had Steve Woz
niak. Fulfilling your destiny requires that you have the right people in your li
fe.
4. Look ahead of you. Helen Keller said,"The only thing that is worse than being
blind, is having sight but no vision." What do you see through the eye of faith
? Saint Augustine said,"Faith is to believe what we do not see, and the reward o
f faith is to see what we believe."
5. Look beside you. What resources are available to you? Books, videos, internet
, conferences, mentors. The greater your vision the more resources you will need
.
6. Look below you. You have reached a point in life where you are reasonably OK
. You have a good family, good friends, good food, good work, but there are man
y who are not as fortunate. They are below your level of prosperity. Even thoug
h I said look below you, I did not say look down on them. Look below so you can
help them get to where you are or better.
7. Look above you. We are "called according to His purpose", not according to th
e need, or the fact that the door is open, or that talent will be appreciated an
d rewarded. Your vision must fulfil your God ordained destiny, nothing else.
So, do you need to recognise your vision, resurrect your vision or refocus your
vision?
