Refining Characteristics
General The crude has high yields of good quality middle distillates with very good
cetane index. The vacuum distillate is suitable for the manufacture of
lubestock.
Naphtha With an N+2A of about 58, the naphtha is an excellent feedstock for
gasoline production.
Kerosene Suitable for jet fuel production with giveaways on aromatics content,
freezing point and smoke point in a wide range of boiling points.
Gasoil High yields of gasoil with a good cetane index (54), and acceptable cold
properties.
Cracking Feedstock Good quality catalytic cracker feedstock.
Residue The residue is an excellent visbreaker feedstock. Mandji residue is an
excellent complement for bitumen production.
