However, from my perspective both parents and teachers should
contribute in the development of healthy eating routine for a child.
The first reason of the view is related to people who believe that
parents should be take sole responsibility to develop healthy eating
routine is by providing children with home cooked food instead of
giving them money to buy products available in schools tuck shop.
With regards to children taking money to school buy high sugary, fizzy
drink, confectionary items and calorie dense foods like French fries and
chocolates which are very easily available to them and children tend to
get more attractive towards such products. Due to the fact which are
the main cause of increasing number of child obesity in our society.
Furthermore, such un-healthy items also have detrimental effect on
child mental and physical growth.
On the other hand some people believe teachers should be solely
responsible to educate and develop healthy eating routine of a child
are due to the effects that in this modern age there are many families
where both parents are working. Therefore, it is not possible for them
to provide home cooked foods on daily basis which in other case can
be provided by parents where mothers are mainly house wives and
stays at home. Therefore in such cases teachers should educate and
keep vigilance on children eating patterns and selection of food from
schools tuck shop which are full of unhealthy items.
To conclude I believe both parents and teachers should ensure that
eating habit of child are healthy which infact is very important for this
mental and physical growth.

In conclusion, there is an interrelationship between the parenta and the

facilitates thr development of their lifestyle. In my opinion, parents and
teachers ought to share accountability of instilling knowledge on healthly
food consumption among youth.

Nowadays, in many places it is found that children are given more

freedom than they require. What do you think, is it a positive or
negative development?

1. It has been observed that children enjoy more freedom then they had
in the past. There are certain merits and demerits of above trend.

To begin, today children are more enthusiastic and always have curiosity to
explore unknown world. Thus, if we offer them flexibility then they can
enhance different skills which are extremely helpful in the development of
future. Further, in 21st century, parents know the value of freedom and that
is why they raise their children in such an atmosphere where children have
all the amenities to enjoy. Besides, restriction is always painful to kids and to

child. As they are in their early age, they do not have visibility and focus.
Hence, many times kids become soft target for the illegal activities. In
addition, if freedom becomes habit then children can not survive in the
restricted environment. Moreover, it is also practically impossible for the
parents to fulfill all desires and to avail all the facilities as per the wish. For
instance,in India many millionaires allow their children to drive a car for the
personal use. However, they are the key reason behind many hit and run
accidents in which thousands of people lose their life everyday.

In conclusion, freedom in the early age has advantages and disadvantages.

Therefore, parents should not restrict their children and should actively
monitor their activities in order to protect them from outside threats.

2. In this modern world, some people reckon that children have too much
freedom while others tend to have opposite opinion. I agree with the
statement that children are given too much freedom nowadays. There
are three reasons to prove that children have more freedom nowadays.

Firstly, nowadays more children are participating in co-curricular activities

along with their studies and excel well both in extra activities and studies.
This shows that parents given independence for their children to select
and participate in their interested activities which made them more
focused and well organized. In future they can select their extra activity
as their career.
Secondly, another evidence shows that children are given freedom to
spend pocket money in which they may buy expensive toys, cigarette,
drugs, alcohol and may induce in illegal activity at the young age. They
cannot concentrate in studies due to the distraction of these activities
which affect their future. For example, recent news about kidnapped by
his friends in need of money to celebrate new year and demand money
from his parents later they killed the child. Now they are in juvenile
prison.
Finally, children are given freedom to go alone to friend house in which
they will meet stranger and may become victim of pedophile. As a result,
children are psychologically affected in young age which spoil their future.
For example, news about girl was molested by a man who made
friendship with the girl while she was going alone in the street to meet her
friend.
To sum up, the above explanations and example shows that children are

given limited freedom and monitored by their parents often provide
