A relative improvement in each child ( behavior and academics )
Proper documentation of all performances (related to students) and meetings
A need based/ periodical report on all students (to include behavior and
performance) (For e.g. any abnormal or extra-ordinary behavior may be noted
down. This would help you to substantiate the report )
Log discussion every day
Lesson Plans, monthly overview and weekly plans
Follow through of monthly overview and weekly plans
Preparation and winding up of materials and equipments on daily basis
Assist students arrival and departure duty
Active participation and contribution during class performance, celebrations and
festivals as required
Help children be calm and overcome restlessness by creating an appropriate
environment, trying to understand their needs
To receive need based training programme as identified by the school

Evaluation pattern to drive your classroom teaching
We are an all-inclusive school we try and take care of all students
Ensure emotional balance our negative encounters elsewhere not to be
transferred to students
Proactive approach in all dealings with students, parents and colleagues
Reports in legible handwriting will help all concerned
Schools dress code to be observed
Distance of 2 feet while interacting with the students
Following all school policies and norms will ensure smooth functioning
For violating the norms a report will be filled and actions will be taken accordingly
