multimedia,links,navigation,siteusersanduserroles.
DeveloperwillfullyempowertheClienttomanagetheircontentonthenewwebsitethroughtrainingsessions,
constantsupport,extensivedocumentation,andadvancedcontentmigrationandautomationtoolssuchas
servertoserverfileandimagetransfer.
TheDeveloperencouragesthepracticeofmigratingcontentfirst,theneditingandrevisingthecontentsecond.This
isrecommendedforthreereasons:(1)themigrationgoesmuchfaster,(2)thetaskcanbemoreeasilydelegatedto
thosewhowishtolearnhowtousethewebsite,and(3)thecontentmanagementsystemstoresalltherevisions
madetothecontent,soeachchangeisdocumentedforfuturereference.ThisgivestheClientahistoricallookatall
contentmovedtothenewsite.

technology.Thisrequiresuserstotypeacodeintoaconfirmationboxtoprovetheyarehuman,makingitdifficultfor

willbeaccommodatedasmuchaspossible,however,Clientunderstandsthatnotallolderbrowserswilldisplay
pagesexactlythesamewayasmodernbrowsers.Developerwillmakereasonableattemptstoaccommodateolder
browsers,ensuringthatallcontentisreadableonoldernonstandardscompliantbrowsers.Inrareandspecial

ThecontentmanagementsystemwillprovidetheClientwiththeabilitytorename,reorder,link,andassigna
hierarchytothenavigationtermsinanintuitivedraganddropformat.Thisfunctionalityallowstheclienttobuilda
traditionalsitemapwithinthecontentmanagementsystemandorganizeinformationwithinthewebsiteinawaythat
iseasytorevisethroughouttheprocess.
Thecontentmanagementsystemwillautomaticallysynchronizethenavigationtermswiththesite'sprimaryand
secondarynavigationmenus.Thisallowsthesiteadministratortoquicklymakesignificantchangestothesite's
structurewithoutdestabilizingthedesignorfunctionality.

onsocialmediasites,andotherformatsthatenhancethesite'sdesign.
Anypostcanalsoalsobe"posted"(ortagged)toappearinmultipleplacesonthesitewithoutactuallyduplicating
thecontent,allowingoutdatedinformationtobecorrectedonlyoncewithouttheneedtochangeeachinstanceofthe
