Sertoli cells produce anti-Mllerian hormone:


Mllerian duct regression

Leydig cells produce testosterone: Wolffian duct


development into rete testis, epidydimus and vas
deferens.

In absence of these hormones: loss of Wolffian


duct, Mllerian duct develops female reproductive
tract: oviduct and uterus
