6. Both party signs 5 years Joint Marketing Alliance Agreement delivering of agreed quota:
.. (a) Vendor Secures 1.5% trade value Collateral Trust Guarantee/Escrow and/or surety;
.. (b) Tylon MKTPLACE issues Vendor Authorization To Sale and Proxy, Authorization To DIP TEST/Surveyor
.. Analysis, Title Of Proxy Ownership/Vendor, Authorization To Conduct Rotational Product Surveillances
.. with Unlimited Access to Product and Authorization To Assign Title.
7. Vendor independently conduct sales promotion, marketing, signs contract, invoicing and shipment;
8. After each sale is executed, Vendor transfer Fund to Tylon MKTPLACE and transfer all title to End-user ;
9. End-user takes possession and absolute responsibility of consignment.
10. All party signs contract execution, non-compliant and termination agreement.
