1. Uninstall the roboguide.

2. Turn off the anti-virus.

3. Run the trial reset software as a
administrator.(password: rekings.com)
4. Look for protection plus plugin.
5. Scan generic
6. Clear the root file.
7. Restart the system.
8. Re-install the roboguide.
