Business Plan:

A. My company, GLAMx5, is a makeup Studio based solemnly though

social media, that provides makeup services in the comfort of your own

home. The addition of the traveling makeup artist is profitable because

not only will the fees be higher due to travel, but the costumers will

more likely be willing to pay the extra fees if it means less stress for

them. For example, say a costumer is getting their makeup done for

prom at 3:30pm. By the time the makeup artist is finished its nearly

5:00pm and the costumer will have to try to get home in time while

being stuck in traffic from rush hour. With GLAMx5, the costumer never

has to worry about the added stress.

B. GLAMx5 is a business open to all ages. Typically however, the general

age group that is most likely to use the company will be teenage girls

ranging from the ages of 15-22. To reach out to this age group, I will

advertise through social media outlets such as Instagram, Twitter, and

Facebook.
C. The start up cost for this company would be at least 1,900 dollars plus

another 1,300 per makeup artists that are willing to join the company.

This includes the makeup kits, which estimate at least 1,300 on their

own, as well as the costs of adds on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

that generally cost at least $20 each time the business is promoted.

because it has a feature that gives the user the ability to

2. Transportation: Artist uses their own car, gas money is

provided in total price payed by the client. Price range

depends on the distance traveled.

D. My growth plan for 3-5 years depends on how many costumers use our

service. Eventually depending on how much revenue we make, maybe

we can open up a spa where costumers can come to if they rather get

their makeup down in a salon. Estimated $2,000 per month to rent a

space for the salon.
