This opportunity gave me experience that I can use after graduation and also allowed me
to work with recent graduates of the university, and university alumni that guided me
when completing tasks.

Please briefly describe your anticipated projects and activities at the beginning of
the internship. Did you get to participate in these activities as expected? If not,
please tell us why and what activities you were assigned to do instead.
When I first started my internship at WCRC, I thought I would just be doing desk work
and filing papers for memberships. But actually, on my first day, I was involved in the
production meeting for the grand opening of the facility. So I instantly was getting to
participate in hands on work for the facility.

What would you say was the best part of your internship?
The best part of my internship experience was that my supervisor allowed me to have
input in the company as well as create public relation tools that the facility could use for
future references. In addition, I enjoyed the atmosphere and what the facility had to offer
to the community of West Charlotte.

What was the worst part of your internship?

During this internship experience, there were times that I didnt always agree with the
thoughts of my coworkers or even my supervisor. That wasnt the worst part but I was
effected by it because there were times where I felt that my option was the most suitable
option for the facility to go with.
