Sponsorship Request for Charity Program

I am, writing this letter to you on behalf of Halaqah Kebajikan Mahasiswa (HAKIM)
Brisbane for a purpose. HAKIM Brisbane is a group of students who are currently
studying in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We are planning on a charity program
for primary school students comprising of indigenous people during our summer
break. The program called Misi Bakti 2016 will be held for the first time in Sekolah
Kebangsaan Kampung Sungai Kudong, Segamat, Johor. This program is one of our
efforts to contribute to Malaysian community as in how we do in Australia.

2. The program details are as follow ;

Date : 22nd 23rd January 2016

Venue : SK Kampung Sungai Kudong, Segamat, Johor
No. of Participants : 15 students (all are Year 6 students)
No. of Facilitators : 15 (HAKIM committee members and volunteers)

3. To make our very first charity program in Malaysia a success, we are asking for
sponsorships from local businesses as well as individuals. Our goal is to raise
RM900.00 that will be used to fund the program. We also welcome sponsorships in
other forms such as stationery, school uniforms, food and beverages and souvenirs.

4. By giving to this annual Misi Bakti, youll be supporting HAKIM Brisbane and
helping us to provide assistance to those in our community. We hope we can count
on you to support our cause. If you have any concerns or questions in the
