Dear Ms. Butcher:

This letter is to confirm that Daniel Stephens has successfully completed all of the
requirements contained within the Student Training Agreement executed on January 24,
2017.

Thank you so much for introducing me to Daniel. Daniel is kind, respectful, talented, clever,
and incredibly bright. He is one of the finest students that I have ever had the chance to work
with and consider him a colleague.

Over the past several months, Daniel has focused much of his work on developing data sets
from the perspective of a site selector. More specifically, he has completed the projects listed
below and will be presenting some of his findings at a County Council work session on May
24, 2017 (provided we can coordinate schedules).
