I will use whiteboard and pen to
write the letter O capital and small, then
I choose one of the children to write O
on the board. When the child finishes,
we will write O in the air and ground
together.
After that, I will do the simple activity
called (swat its game), I choose two
students in class, and they take swatter
and listen to what the words I will say
that the child will hit it in right cards
they doing this activity quickly. For
example, if I say orange they find
orange between 3 cards and hit it.
- I will encourage and praise students who
winner by give them start and tell them well
 done for hard work and good job.

Expression and writing corner. In this group will be 5 kids.

In this group will be 6 kids The students will sit on a table,

6- Finally, make sure that the kids
are reading the letter O, and see
what the word they find in the box.
Learning Center 3 Title:

finger to create the letter O, they
don't use their whole hand to do
the letter O if they do it I will take
the color of their own.
Firstly, the child will think how to
write the letter O, and they will
create this litter in the magical
sand color.
After that, they will see what they
did with the sand, and give a
chance e to another child to try
doing letter O by using this sand.

Closing activity: Time: 10 minutes
- All kids will come back to the carpet circle area.
- I will let the kids discuss about the activity they already have done
with the letter O.
- and let the kids describe how they can write this letter in right way.
Assessment for Learning: How will you determine if the students understood the learning
outcome? What evidence will you show to prove this?
To make sure and clear that all the students have understood how to
write letter O. There are main things the teacher should do.

Firstly, ask the kids some questions related to the litter to know if the
student recognizes and know the shape of letter O and write it in right
way.

Secondly, the teacher must use formal assessment (checklist) to take

notes and evaluate each student to know what each student need to learn
of this concept and what they already now.

Thirdly, let all the kids do all the activities even if it is easy or difficult for
some of them to challenge them by encouraging them to think and solve
problems and develop their cognitive development and their thinking.
General Comments

The kids have different ability to learn, so me as a teacher I must provide

the activity and language it fit everybody in class to understand what I
will say or want through the lesson or activity.

Future personal targets:

Managing time through the activity by giving an appropriate time for
each activity to make the kids understand the concept.
Give kids a chance to try doing the activity by them self.
Get the benefits from the lessons, and enjoy doing the activities.

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

I found the lesson was interesting when I provide to them a nice activity
that fit with my learning outcomes and my lesson plan.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.

Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
when I will teach children about any litters, I must give them the instruction
and specific about where they can start to write this litter in right direction
because this second language and they direction write the litter in English is
different with first language in Arabic. According to Keresan theory about
second language acquisition, he says when children in early years make
errors about how to write some letter in wrong direction we need to use the
corrective feedback strategies to correct their errors through visual aids. That
means the teacher support the model of how to write this litter in right way
and explain from where they can start the letter and where is the end of this
letters. Through using this strategy, the child will learn about their errors and
corrected.

Prepare the lesson about Sound the letter in English, and prepare of how to
write this sound in right ways.
