2.0 MANAGEMENT SUMMARY

2.1 Environment

Feasibility Study Page 2

2.1.1 Organizations Involved
G.S.P. is involved with a many companies and organization to help provide our product to the people of
LALA, and Sams Club are providing us with our product, and as well as materials to keep our business
up and running.

2.1.2 Input/Output
The Gatorade's are bought at Sams Club for $4.35, so we buy a couple of packets (input) and sell
(output) them during school when people are eating during nutrition and lunch.

2.1.3 Processing
In nutrition and lunch the group will get a table provided by LALA and set up the Gatorade's to sell:
1. Receive the money from customer and check if there is change to give back.
2. Hand the customer the Gatorade.
3. Tell them Thank You, also to try and continue buying Gatorade's.
4. Hand out flyer's to the group to handout and tape them on walls to ensure people see
them.

2.1.4 Physical Environment

Gatorade has been advertised to quench your thirst and G.P.S is committed to provide all
students and school personnel with that ice cold drink. In addition, Gatorade has been proven to
help concentration by having electrolytes and vitamins to keep you up and running when taking
tests and writing notes. So when students have a test next period and need a drink, they could
stop by our stand and get refreshed.

2.2 Performance Objectives

Investing Gatorade is a simple task, but nonetheless we still need objectives to make our project a success.
We will sell our Gatorade drinks in Cafe 2 on nutrition and lunch and plan to sell near the entrance of the
school after school. We will be selling from 9:44-9:59 nutrition mornings Monday-Friday (excluding
Wednesdays) 11:45-12:15 at lunch Mondays- Fridays (excluding Wednesdays) and 3:30-4:00 after-school
(excluding Wednesdays).

2.3 Assumptions and Constraints

Los Angeles Leadership Academy will be providing our business with paper. These papers will
be used to make flyer's to advertise our product.

When we post these flyer's all over LALA, our advertising will be complete. When people see
these flyer's, they might want to have a drink after school or during school break times.
In addition, if we post flyer's all over the school, students, teachers and staff, will know of our
organization and might want to see what we are all about.

2.4 Recommendation (Conclusion)

that people are wiling to buy Gatorade during school hours. With this business plan, we can assure that
this project will be a massive success and with the profit me make, we can keep the business running until
the end of our school years.
