Condiciones generales de venta
1. Generales
EITECO se reserva el derecho de modificar las medidas y descripciones
de los productos mostrados sin previo aviso con la finalidad de mejorar las
caractersticas tcnicas. Estas son orientativas. Las imgenes que aparecen
pueden diferir ligeramente de la realidad.
EITECO no se hace responsable de los problemas causados por las posibles
erratas en las medidas, datos o fotografas que puedan aparecer en este
catlogo.
2. Precios
Se aplicarn las tarifas vigentes en la fecha de recepcin del pedido (I.V.A. y
tasa R.A.E.E. no incluido).
3. Muestras
Todas las muestras de nuestros productos que sean solicitadas debern
hacerse mediante pedido y sern facturadas. En caso de devolucin y que
las muestras se encuentren en perfecto estado, el importe facturado ser
pertinentemente abonado. En caso contrario, se proceder a su facturacin.
4. Plazos de entrega
El plazo de entrega estimado ser aquel comunicado por EITECO en el
momento de la aceptacin del pedido y ser siempre a ttulo orientativo. Los
retrasos que pudiesen existir no implicarn la cancelacin del pedido ni la
imputacin de penalizaciones.
5. Transporte
El transporte de las mercancas se realizar mediante nuestra agencia de
transporte habitual. Se podr solicitar el transporte a travs de otras agencias
con previo aviso. Consultar para envos fuera de la pennsula.
6. Devoluciones
Desde el momento de la recepcin de las mercancas, el cliente dispondr
de 24 horas para comunicar a EITECO cualquier reclamacin por diferencias
de cantidad, calidad u otros defectos de las mercancas. Las reclamaciones
derivadas de los defectos causados por la agencia de transporte tambin
tendrn que ser comunicadas antes de 24 horas, ya que es el plazo mximo
permitido por las aseguradoras de las agencias. Pasado este periodo se
entender que las mercancas han sido recibidas a satisfaccin del cliente.
No se aceptarn cambios y devoluciones de material especial o fabricado bajo
pedido.
No se admitir ninguna devolucin de mercancas que previamente no haya
sido comunicada y aceptada por escrito por EITECO.
Las devoluciones se debern realizar a portes pagados.
7. Garanta
Todos los productos de iluminacin suministrados por EITECO, quedan
garantizados sobre cualquier defecto de fabricacin.
Durante el periodo de garanta, se repararan los productos que por su defecto
no funcionen de forma correcta en circunstancias y aplicaciones normales.
Cualquier otro coste adicional en el que se pudiera incurrir, deber ser
previamente comunicado y negociado para su estudio y posible resolucin.
La garanta quedar invalidada si el producto es modificado, incorrectamente
utilizado o instalado, daado por negligencia o accidente, as como por cualquier
manipulacin indebida del usuario durante su instalacin o reemplazo.
La garanta de EITECO no se responsabiliza de otros gastos derivados de
la instalacin de los productos ni de ningn otro dao o perjuicio directo o
indirecto.
La garanta estndar ser de dos aos desde la fecha de entrega, consultar
para la ampliacin del plazo de garanta.
8. Jurisdiccin
En caso de litigio, se considerarn competentes los Juzgados y Tribunales de
Castelln, renunciando el comprador a su propio fuero de conformidad con lo
dispuesto en el artculo 55 de la L.E.C.
9. Entrada en vigor
1 de Enero de 2016

General sales conditions
1. Generals terms
Eiteco reserves the right to modify the measures and product descriptions
shown without previous notice in order to improve the technical characteristics.
These are illustrative. The images that appear may differ slightly from reality.
Eiteco is not responsible of any problems caused by possible mistakes in the
measures, data or pictures which appear in the catalogue.
2. Prices
Prevailing rates apply in date received order (V.A.T. and W.E.E.E. tax not
included).
3. Samples
All samples of our products that are requested to be done by order and will be
billed. In case of return and samples are in an excellent condition, the amount
billed be corresponding settled. Otherwise, we will proceed to your billing

companies of the transport agencies. After this period that indicates that the

7. Guarantees
All lighting products supplied by EITECO are guaranteed on any manufacturing
defect.
During the warranty period be repaired products by failing to work correctly in
normal circumstances and applications. Any other additional cost which may
be incurred, must be previously informed and negotiated for study and possible
resolution.
The warranty will be void if the product is modified, incorrectly used or installed,
damaged by negligence or accident, as well as any incorrect manipulation by
any user during the installation or replacement.
The EITECOS warranty not responsible for other charges generated by the
installation or any direct or indirect damage.
The standard warranty is two years from delivery date, request for expand the
warranty period.
8. Jurisdiction
In any dispute, the Courts of Castelln shall be competent, giving up the buyer
at your own jurisdiction under the provisions of article 55 of the L.E.C.
9. Entry into force
1st of January 2016
