Qualifications:
a. Married/ cohabitating couples, both must between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age, with an annual household
income of $50,000 (US) or higher.
b. Single women must be between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age with an annual income of $50,000 (US or
higher.
c. Couples must travel and attend the presentation together.
d. Guest must be gainfully employed/retired and be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures or liens in the past
two (2) years) and cannot be in the process of a home loan modification.
e. For identification purposes a valid drivers license and valid major credit card (no debit/check cards) must be
presented at the tour. Couples must show matching address identification or proof of residing together such as a
lease, bank statement or utility bill.
f. Quinellas/Group travel will not be accepted, in the event of group travel you will be paid for one tour and charged
back for all room nights. Group travel is defined as one or more parties that know each other traveling to same
resort on the same dates.
g. Guest cannot have attended a presentation in the Bahamas within the past 12 months.
h. Guests are required to attend a 90 to 120 timeshare presentation
i. Guest must be US Citizens and understand and speak fluent English.
j. Offer is not valid for students.
k. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 5 business days (mon to
fri) prior to arrival date.
l. Any guest that fails to arrive for their confirmed reservations or does not reschedule at least 5 business days prior
to arrival date vendor will incur a 1 night plus tax no show fee.
m. Any guest that fails to arrive to the presentation or fails to meet the qualifications vendor will be charged for all
room nights.
n. Reservations cannot be requested less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
o. Tour Pay is $300 minus room nights. (room rates listed below). Tours are paid on a monthly basis.
1. All incidentals including but not limited to meals, transportation, taxes, resort fees etc will be the responsibility
of the traveling party. In addition to the foregoing rental amounts, Resort shall be entitled to receive a surcharge
of $18.00 per night per person for each occupant of a room rented by Vendor. This surcharge includes resort
fees and Value Added Tax of 7.5% imposed by the Government of the Bahamas effective January 1, 2015. Resort
reserves the right to change the amount of the surcharges in the event there is any change in taxes or charges
imposed by the Government of the Bahamas during the term of this Contract. The surcharge and any other
Government imposed fees and taxes shall be paid by the guest at the time of check in.
