She has been a part of a two-teacher team planning for 296 students. She was responsible for 148 of them. Kasia has been responsible for teaching three sections of science, two sections of which were 8” grade science, and one section of 6” grade science Ms. Ciolek will have had the experience of teaching these three sections of science for three weeks. During this time she has planned and implemented the daily lesson, and weekly quizzes, Kasia has successfully demonstrated her awareness of different learning styles and has adequately adjusted assignments to meet the varied needs of students. Her lessons were thoroughly prepared and implemented. She was successful in monitoring and adjusting to various schedule changes in order to complete lessons during her time of teaching. Kasia’s experience in Science included teaching Force and Motion and Space. She completed these lessons using vetted sources such as www.betterlessons.com and the NSTA resources website. Developing her own activities included using Plickers, individual whiteboards, models, and technology. Kasia possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. She is well dressed, articulate, and always ready with a smile. She is willing to stay late, assist in tutoring, attend School Improvement and Staff Meetings. | am confident that Ms. Ciolek will be an asset to any staff that she works with.
