1. Weather

The weather is hard to predict. There may be raining during the day of night market to be
held, which is 5th and 6th of May. The raining day will withhold the willingness of customers
to come out to the night market since it is inconvenience. So, the customer in night market
decreases and the product will hard to sell out.

2. The flavor of products sold is not accepted by the customer

Everyone has different judgments toward the concept of delicious. There are several flavors of the
junk food that we imported from the Padang Besar, Thailand. But there is a risk that the flavor of food
that manufactured in Thailand is hard to be accepted by the residents in Malaysia or in UniCITI
Alam. If customers in night market feel that the flavor of foods are weird, they will not buy the food
from our stall.

3. Fluctuation of currency
Recently, the currency of Malaysia Ringgit is not stable. Our group will import the food from
Thailand two weeks earlier from the date of the start of night market. If the currency of the Malaysia
Ringgit rise to a higher rate at the day of night market, then our group will experience loss in money.
We cannot rise the selling price of the Thailand food because high price will restrained the customer
from buying our products.

4. Existence of similar product

There are total of 46 stalls in this night market event. It is hardly to communicate between the groups
due to large number of stalls. There may be one or two groups that will figure out the same idea as
our group and sell the same products. Furthermore, their selling price may be lower so this will
produce a huge competitive to our stall.

5. Improper condition of facilities

The facilities of stall such as tent, chairs, tables and electrical supply will be provided by the UniMAP
Holding. In this case, based on the updated information, the tent may be not provided then night
market has to be held under the block which sit the dorm of UniMAP students. The area under the
dorm is more narrow and crowded. This will decrease the comfort ability of customers thus decrease
the customer flow in the night market. Furthermore, the other facilities such as chairs and tables
provided may not be in a good condition. So the aesthetic of our stall will affected then become
unattractive. Addition, there will be probability that a faulty wire connected to our stall. Causing our
stall cant get the electrical supply, resulting in difficulty to carry out normal business activity.
