1. Installation of security cameras Thu March 20th
Security cameras should be set up both in the warehouse
and the offices. It is necessary to find the optimal number
of cameras needed in each area and where to place it. The
costs will be considered in the next meeting.
2. Monitoring of email and Internet usage Thuy April 1st
We all agree that, on one hand, use of mobile phone and
the Internet decreases workers productivity. However,
these tools are essential for people to do their work,
especially sales and marketing department. Therefore,
instead of using firewall to limit access, we need more
professional software to monitor them without affecting
the use on working purpose.
3. Background checks when recruiting new staff Anh April 1st
This will be discussed further in another meeting with
Human Resources department.
4. Communicate new measures to staff Dung March 17th
Various ideas were discussed, the most popular being
announce employees in weekly meeting and a written
version through email newsletter.
