Benefits Of Nursing As A CNA

You dont build a house without its foundation and dont build a hospital without its

nurses. Having the health industry can help around the world in so many ways, but they most

likely help people worldwide and people have to be thankful for that because, without them, we

would have so many deaths and illness. The health industry benefits patients while assisting

other team members by communicating effectively, by utilizing teamwork, and by doing

what is best for patients. (CNA)

Communication is the key to success people usually see that CNAs are always busy

doing more than two things at once but on the other hand people see nurses and doctors together

but thats because they are having communication and as people can see its whats needed when

working at a hospital or clinic because CNAS,Doctors,Nurses, etc are using others knowledge

from what they know in their jobs and using it to help other team members be successful with

their jobs. Patients may want to do exactly what their CNA does in their job and when they see a

CNA communicating with body language it is more interesting because in most places they dont

use body language as communication In the nursing industry increasing fragmentation due to

part-time and casual work means that effective communication management has become

increasingly difficult (Batch). Having to know that in any health industry communication can be

difficult, but if one is willing to work in the health industry it isnt that difficult because that is
Vazquez 2

what is needed to be able to help others no matter if others jobs isnt the same as everyones but

they have the same knowledge as others that can be able to help people be successful with work.

Teamwork is best and well needed when working in difficult situations as everyone can

get such great benefits out of it. CNAs, doctors, etc are needed to be able to work with each

other at hospitals and clinics it is important to know what they can count on each other as team

members when helping, checking, etc a patient. Cooperation is well needed when working in the

health industry because it lets the other team members working in the same hospital/clinic that

their job is important in the health industry because their job can help their team members with

their job and it dont make others feel bad about the job they work in at a hospital. Do people

ever wonder what great things doctors, nurses and assistants get out of themselves when helping

other team members? Things that they might get out when working with others is happiness and

self-respect because they think to themselves that CNA workers are really important to this job

because other team members let CNAs know that they can count on them when they need help.

CNAs are well needed when people walk in and out hospitals because they get attended to by a

doctor or different type of nurse, but what might catch their attention is seeing that the type of

nurse or doctor that attends to patients will call another team member which can be a CNA.

Questions may be asked, but what everyone does not know is that CNAs know different things

than other nurses. When CNAs go to college, they learn different things than what another type

of nurse might learn The CNA has expertise in a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical

activity. In my trust, the CNAs use different techniques to record data on activity, such as

patient numbers and demographics, and detailed information on the management of patient

care.(Leary) CNAs have more experience in working with patients,so what other team
Vazquez 3

members might do is call a CNA worker up and ask if they would be willing to help them attend

to someone and that team member would be able to learn things that they didnt know a CNA

could do. Benefits can come when working with someone who isnt working the same job as a

CNA, and they definitely will have some good benefits when learning something new.Nursing is

always needed and that is where teamwork may come into play because

Nursing is an ever-changing and ever-evolving profession. There seems

to always be a need for more nurses, whether it be registered nurses caring
for patients in a variety of settings, educators facilitating the growth of our
future nursing professionals, or advanced practice registered nurses (APRN)
improving the care of our diverse population. (Stuesse)

As Stuesse says above, nursing is needed no matter what type of nurse it is. Nurses are

needed to get a better population in the health industry care basically both nurses and doctors are

needed to help each other look after and help cure at least one or two patients it doesn't matter

what type of nurse is helping to do the job or how much experience the nurse has. In the health

industry nurses or doctors will always need a team member to come help them around and that is

what teamwork is all about helping each other out when the help is needed and that is why nurses

are never working alone in hospitals.

Patients are always walking in and out the hospital because everyone gets injured,

everyone gets sick, and crazy things happen to humans around the world, which can cause

someones life to be taken away. People can be healthy and live life to the fullest, and there are

others that arent healthy, but at times they dont realize when something is wrong with their

health. For reasons like that this is why CNAs are needed and are such a great help to the world.

Most patients have an impact by a CNA that either helped them with their future or changed the

way they are but most dont know that CNAs can be the reason why people treat others with
Vazquez 4

care and love CNAs help around the world so much but its their job to help people with health

problems get cured and checked. Reasons like those are why people that get attended by a CNA

put others before themselves because they care about others and want others to keep on living

and not cause no family pain. CNAs are such a huge impact in peoples lives but most people

dont know that and that is what they should start realizing because of CNAs fewer deaths have

happened around the world . CNAs treat people like if they were family and treat others with

care and kindness some patients get impact by CNAs that they would love to grow up and be

just like a CNA. CNAs probably dont realize that the things they do for a patient impact them

that half of the people who get attended to by a CNA worker progress more positively in the

situation they are in. When getting attended by a CNA a person's point of view can be changed

by the way CNAs talk to them about others it impact the patient's feelings and the way they see

things for example when a person sees someone injured or in pain they dont really do anything

about it because they dont care but when something happens to the person itself others do

something for that person and when the person is at the hospital getting attended by a CNA. The

CNA talks to the patient and tell them how they should be thankful for what another person did

for them and that person wouldnt understand but the cna would explain what they meant and the

person would be confused on why the other person helped him and the CNA tells them why and

the patient would probably think about it that way and from now on change the way he sees

things as in when someone gets injured that isnt family or friends everyone who gets attended

gets impact by a CNA from the lovely words they say to them.

The CNA role is one of the successes of modern health care. In cancer care, for

example, the contribution of this group of nurses has been singled out the national clinical
Vazquez 5

director for cancer and end of life care Sir Mike Richards (Young). Specialists and doctors

believe that CNAs are best for helping patients with Cancer care and when Cancer patients get

cured because of the help and positive words that CNAs give to them. Most know that cancer

can be cured with the help of patients being positive and never give up. CNA workers are

supportive people, which impacts cancer patients in a good way because it makes them think to

themselves about how there's a chance cancer can be beaten and cured and how living life can

continue. This is all because of the nice words and how helpful CNA workers are to patients, and

patients think once or twice in their life how they would like to be supportive and positive when

a friend or family member is in the hospital fighting for their life.

In summary, people can say everyone needs CNAs workers to help both other team

members and patients and at least to be able to build a hospital, CNA does so much other than

doing things for themselves, its like that in the health industry they put others in front of

themselves. CNAs have so much care that they will do anything to save someones life and

people should be thankful that nurses are here to help people who get hurt even during the help

impact happens with patients and CNAs. Be thankful that CNAs exist in this world to help

everyone.
