Day 1
Observation about company
NRR Packers And Food Products was established in thanjavur at
2011. It has making a cooking masala products. There around 16 people are
working in the NRR Packers And Products. This company located in Nanjikkottai,
thanjavur.

Day 2
OBSERVATION ABOUT PRODUCTS
This company produce the various cooking masala products. It includes:
Red chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Corriander masala
Day 3
Observation about Number of workers
Ten members are worked in a factory.
Six executives are worked in the company.
Day 4
OBSERVATION ABOUT WELFARE FACILITIES
There are various facilities offered such as:
Pure Drinking Water
Canteen
Rest Room
Day 5
OBSERVATION ABOUT SAFETY FACILITIES:
 Fire Extinguishers
Hand gloves
Fire Alarm
Day 6& 7
OBSERVATION ABOUT JOB SATISFACTION
Satisfaction means feel happy towards their job or people enjoy
with job is known as job satisfaction. Employees those who are working in the
company they were satisfied with company environment.
Day 8 &9
Employees job satisfaction about salary and incentives
Company of giving acceptable salary and incentives for their work.
This will helps to motivate the employees to do work in more effective manner.If
they complete the sales in their target, employees are encouraged by getting
incentive.
Day 10
Employee Satisfaction about company rules and regulations
Company has framed favourable working condition and
rules/regulations:
Working hours 8 hours
The workers have to follow the safety precautions.
Monthly one day consider as casual leave with salary.

Observation about Medical Facilities
Company providing medical facility for their employees.
24 hours first aid box also available in the company.
Day 12 &13
Observation about supervision
Supervisior are the direct link between management and the work force and
can be most effective in developing job training, safety attitudes, safe working
methods and identifying unsafe acts. It helps to do the work properly.
Day 14
Observation about insurance facilities
The company has providing the insurance for the workers.
Day 15
Employee satisfaction in workplace.
Employees are satisfied in their workplace. Overall the employees are satisfied
in their working conditions.

Conclusion:
The report entitiled as a report on employee job satisfaction with reference to
NRR Packers & Food Products thanjavur. The main objective of this report to know
the job satisfaction of the employees. From this report it concluded that all the
employees were satisfied with welfare facilities given by the company. And company
has to do some promotional activities also.
