informs that Honorable Judge of the 1st Corporate Court of the Judicial District of Belo
Horizonte denied the interlocutory relief filed by the shareholder Nippon Steel & Sumitomo
Metal Corporation in the lawsuit in which it claims the annulment of the deliberations,
approved by the Companys Board of Directors at the meeting held on 03.23.2017, of removal
of Mr. Rmel Erwin de Souza from the positions of Chief Executive Officer CEO and Director
Vice-President of Technology and Quality and of appointment of Mr. Sergio Leite de Andrade
for the positions previously held by Mr. Rmel Erwin de Souza.
