Service Agreement

GreenPeasNow.com is a division of Jim Fisher and Associates, Inc. It is an Internet based company that
provides qualified and trained inexperienced or experienced salespeople to automobile dealerships
nationwide. It is a company that advertises, scans resumes and uses unconventional advertising for
potential automobile dealership salespeople. It qualifies them and professionally trains them before they
are hired.

$895.00 for each hired applicant (minimum of 3 for $2,685.00)

$100.00 Discount per salesperson if a Hireology Dealer.
30 day unconditional applicant guarantee
Prepayment of 1st hire is due upon execution of this agreement

GreenPeasNow.com agrees to:

Provide the Basic advertising for the applicants based on the dealerships need or use the dealerships
advertising. Dealership can place a CareerBuilders ad as an additional source at their cost. All resumes are
forwarded to us for screening and placed on either our dashboard or Hireologys dashboard.

Provide professional screening for applicant adaptability using phone interviews or other evaluation
tests which will recommend or not recommend the applicant. Professional screening service provided by
RecruitmentHQ.

Provide a package of all of the above for your Managers to review, and interview the applicants. Once a
decision is made to hire the applicant, we will offer the on-line training before the final interview.

Provide scheduling of all applicants for interviews based on days and times provided. Dealership agrees to
provide results of the interview to us as soon as possible.

Provide a disclaimer that screens for drug, MVR and criminal problems while registering for the on-line
training.

Provide an introduction to automobile business through the use of on-line training provided by the MarKee
Group. The Automotive Sales Success Course is a generic course of 34 modules with testing and back up
material that adapts to any dealership selling system.

Use of GreenPeasNow.com website: Additional Applicants

Allow the dealership to access AutoSalesCareerNow.coms databases through a user name and password
provied by us. The use of that user name and password can be cancelled at anytime if the dealership does

not adhere to the terms of this agreement. This will allow dealership upon our notice that applicants that
are in their area are ready to be contacted and interviewed.

Dealership agrees to:

Pay an initial amount of $895.00, $795.00 if Hireology Dealer, which will serve as a
credit for the first applicant hired under this program.
Hire the applicant and provide the following to the applicant:

The dealership agrees to place the applicant on the regular sales person pay plan and provide
the same benefits that are given to all new employees upon employment. (90 day guarantee
income is recommended but not mandatory)
On-going training and support to give the employee the best chance to succeed.

GreenPeasNow.Com initially trains the applicant under the basic Road to the Sale. Since there are so many
systems in place, it is impossible to try to duplicate or decide which systems are the best. We believe that
the applicant still needs training for up to one year on all the basics to selling automobiles.

GreenPeasNow.Com is not going to guarantee that the applicant will be any better then the applicants that
are now being hired by your dealership. Turnover of sales personnel will continue for many different
reasons. If they are better, that is a bonus. However, we feel that applicants that are screened properly and
trained before starting their job will have a better success than others.

GreenPeasNow.Com wants to cut down the time necessary to advertise, screen and train an applicant.
GreenPeasNow.Com also wants to put a definite price to hire each candidate. GreenPeasNow.Com also
wants to allow the dealership to hire as many salespeople as they need instead of flooding the floor and
letting the strong survive.

The person signing this agreement acknowledges that he or she has the authority to sign this
agreement and to authorize payment for the services in this agreement.

AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATED WITHDRAWALS:

I hereby authorize and request Jim Fisher and Associates, Inc. to make monthly withdrawals in the amount listed above by initiating debit entries to my account
indicated on the voided check copy provided, and I authorize and request my BANK to accept my debit entries initiated by Jim Fisher and Associates, Inc. to such
account. It is understood that this agreement may be terminated by me at any time by written notification to Jim Fisher and Associates, Inc. located at: 24
