1. GRADUATE ASSISTANT at CAL STATE LA (January 2017 - Present) Assist professor in preparing the examination and
to manage and upload the grades on Moodle. I use Microsoft Excel in calculating the grades for numerous students resulting in
expertise in Excel, I use Microsoft Access also in maintaining the database of students.

2. AMERICAN RED CROSS (October 2016 - Present) as Regional volunteer appreciation and recognition lead of Los
Angeles Work for Volunteer appreciation, make strategies for volunteer recognition and volunteer retention. Participate in
formal regional recognition program, work with the volunteer service engagement lead to support volunteer supervisors with
ideas and promote the culture of volunteer appreciation on daily basis.

3. STUDENT HEALTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE - (August 2016 to Present) as Peer Health Educator I work with
alcohol, tobacco and other drugs committee, health and wellness promotions. Help to increase awareness among students and
design, organizing in campus wide awareness activities.

Research on Do Psychological Civic Learning & Psychological Service Learning Improve Student Learning Outcomes?
The purpose of our research is to investigate the effects of participating in each of psychological civic learning and psychological
service learning on undergraduate academic achievements. We examined pre-course and post-course self-reported questionnaires
over 2 academic quarter terms on the effects of psychological civic learning and service learning participations on student learning
outcomes (SLOs) in the factors of core course competencies, knowledge base, increased applied skills, and improved attitude
toward the subject area. Results of this study indicated that participating in each of psychological civic learning and psychological
service learning improved SLOs in core course competencies, psychological domain specific knowledge, and applied skills.
