BJ Services' Model FV tubing tester is used primarily with TST packers,

but can also be used with BJ's Perforation Wash Packer.
A one-fourth right hand turn at tool with six to nine inches of pick-up will
close the flapper valve. Simple slacking off will lock open the valve.
