Registered:Saturday experiencingaveryhighnumber(almost100%)ofreportsoftheseinstallaonslosingInternetandSIPconnecvityfor
meperiodsof30secondsto3or4minutes.Thisisreportedtoocurrseveralmesaday(theytellus510mesaday)

Fieldtechsgoingtoinvesgatealwaysndthe201inaccessableviathewebinterfacewhentheyarrive.2dierent
condionsnotedwhentryingtoaccessthe201viahtmlinterface.Eitherseeatextformatedscreenorthehtmlinterface
screenispresentbutitwillnotrepsondtotheknownaccesscredendials.Uponpowercycletheunitisagainresponsiveas
shouldbe.

Weareseeingthisissueveryconsistentlyandconnuetoinvesgate.Wehavetestedthebercircuitsextensivelyandsee
noissuesthere.WearealsoseeingsomenumberofthesesamereportsfromourWirelesscustomersespeciallybusinesses
onhigherthroughputlevels.

Thereare2thingswehaveseenthatseemtomaketheseissuesdisappear.#1isthatweschedulearebootfromwithinthe
201for23mesperweek.#2isthatin2oftheseinstallaonswereplacedthe201withacompengproduct(DrayTek)
andtheissuevanished.Itiffarpreferableforustousethe201asoutenrenetworkisCambiumbasedandweare
beginngdeploymentofMaestroandneedthisasourmanagementtool.

WehaveencounteredthesereportsonunitswithnoATAprovisionedinthe201.WithATAprovisionedinthe201andwith
andwithoutGrandstream4portATAbehindthe201.

Wearenotcomfortablewithprogrammedrebootsofthisnumberofmes.

WehavenotfoundsuchbehaviourcomingfromR201devices.couldyoupleasegetsyslogofthesedeviceswhenthey
exhibitsuchkindofproblemandsendtous.wewillimmediatelystartfurtherinvesgangthis.
