Before attending the final examination of M.B.B.Ch, he has worked satisfactorily in the
following departments as a clerk or an observer:

General medicine: 7 months (2 hours daily), 10 month (3 hours daily),

Clinical work at University hospital including General Medicine, Neurology, chest diseases.

Periodic conferences and seminars were held on different patients in the wards and outpatient
clinics.

A course of clinical instructions considering Radiology, electrocardiogram and instruments used in


medicine.

12 hours courses of instructions at the hospital of mental diseases department.

24 hours attendance at the hospital of infection diseases.

General surgery: 3 month (7 hours daily), 10 months (3 hours daily),

Clinical rounds, attending series of lectures and demonstrations in clinical surgery either in hospitals
wards or in the outpatient clinics.

Attending rounds in hospital wards of Urology, Orthopedics and Anesthesiology.

Obstetrics and Gynecology: 6 months (3 hours daily),

Attending Gynecology outpatients clinic, antenatal care clinic, clinical instructions in the wards and
delivery in obstetrical clinic (during which he attended the clinic day and night). Instructions for the
instruments used in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Ophthalmology: 2 months (3 hours daily),

A course of clinical instructions covering the methods of examination of the eye, diagnosis and the
management of different diseases and instructions used for it in-outpatient clinics and the wards.

Pediatrics: 2 months (3 hours daily),

Period of clinical rounds in the children hospital, in the wards, a course in congenital abnormalities
and different nutritional disturbance.

E.N.T: one month (3 hours daily).

Skin and venereal Diseases: 1 month (3 hours daily).
