Provide site-based cognitive coaching and instructional support to: student teachers, beginning
teachers, teachers newly transferred to a school or grade level, teachers with professional
development plans (PDPs), or teachers in need of additional support. Supporting teachers through
monthly group meetings, individual mentoring conferences, observing and providing feedback,
modeling effective instructional and classroom management practices and by coordinating
opportunities for new teachers to observe effective teachers.

Discipline Committee
The function of the disciplinary committee is to promote and encourage appropriate discipline
among students by reducing occurrence of violence in school. Served as a hearing officer, guiding
students to use non-violent behavior so that their educational objectives could be achieved.
Co-Chair of the Business Advisory Committee to help the school develop relationships with
significant organizations, spanning in all areas of the schools activities including student
recruitment, internships, projects, research and executive education.
Student Organization
-Chair of a FCCLA- (Family Career Community Leaders of America). A student organization that
expands students leadership skills and help develop life skills.
