MESSAGE

The Municipality of Camaligan, Camarines Sur is considered the smallest town of Camarines
Sur and the nearest site going to Naga City which considered as the Central commerce of the Bicol
Region. This is a fast developing town which the first awardee for Seal of Good Housekeeping in
Bicol Region Considering its proximity to Naga City, and the ten (10) possible entrances and exits
going to and fro its surrounding municipalities and cities, crimes and other bad influences may
happen.

This Municipal Integrated Area Community Public Safety Plan of Camaligan, Camarines
Sur for Calendar Year 2012 will serve as our guide in achieving our objective together with the
cooperation of my fellow municipal officials, employees, barangay officials, non-government
organizations, civil society and citizenry in general together with the cooperation of our Philippine
National Police, I am confident that my dream will realized.

With my administration battle-cry IMUKLAT, which stands for INTEGRITY, MODEL,


UNITY, KINDLE, LAW-ENFORCEMENTS AND TRANSPARENCY, my main goal to have a
municipality with good people, peaceful and safe place to live in will be achieved.

When I assumed my duty as Officer-in-charge of Camaligan Municipal Police Station,
Camaliganb, Camarines Sur. I considered myself as one of the most fortunate citizen
because this municipality is a peaceful place with God-fearing and peace loving residents.

I salute the present administration under the leadership of Mayor Emmanuel T.


Prado who is supportive leader and admirable public servant with high respect to the
divine law and the laws of the land. Such character which parallel with our mission To
serve and Protect, boast our morals and fuel our strength in the performance of our
inherent duties as members of the Philippine National Police.
