for cleaning fins.

x Ensure that all bolts, screws etc

are in place and tight.

x Overheat/overload protection.

x Check fitted securely.

x Opened when the pressure

exceeds 27.5+/- 1.0 kg/cm.
Closed 20.0 +/-1.0 kg/cm2.

x Opened when the pressure

drops below 0+/- 0.2 kg/cm.
Closed 0.6+/- 0.2 kg/cm.

x Pay particular attention to
bolted and flare connected
joints. Any significant shortfall
or frequent topping up may
indicate leakage and should be
reported to client. CFCs must
not be released to atmosphere.

x All pipework joints should be

brazed or welded. To prevent
internal scaling use dry, oxygen
free nitrogen (OFN) during the
jointing process.

x Check all fuses for correct

amperages. Pay particular
attention to contactors and
terminals including thermistor
controls in compressor terminal
box.
