1. Compressor Check for undue noise or vibration and
high or low head discharge pressure.

2. Inverter Check frequency steps and linear

control of indoor units.

3. Crankcase Heater Check operation.

4. Solenoid Valve (Balancing Check operation when starting and

5. Outdoor electronic expansion Check control of superheat in relation

valve to the inlet and outlet temperatures of
the heat exchanger.
6. Heat Exchanger Check for damage and/or dust
accumulation. Clean as necessary.

7. Fans and Motors Check bearings and lubricate as

necessary. Inspect and check on fan
guard covers and inspection plates.

8.Solenoid Valves, High Check operation

9. Pressure Sensor Check suction pressure for cooling
and discharge pressure for heating.

13. Refrigerant Charge Check for leaks where accessible.

14. Refrigerant Pipework Check for vibration and rectify any

loose or inadequate support/fixing.

15. Insulation Check condition. Repair and reseal as

necessary.
16. Electrical Check for damage to flexible conduits.
Tighten all terminal connections.
Isolate local control panel and inspect
for overheating. Check integrity of
electrical insulation.

internal scaling use dry, oxygen
free nitrogen (OFN) during the
jointing process.

x Check all fuses for correct

amperages. Pay particular
attention to contactors and
terminals including thermistor
controls in compressor terminal
box.
