Problem of Practice, Inquiry and Action Cycle. North Carolina State University. Raleigh, NC Spring 2017
Using Peer Coaching Interventions (Collaborative Planning Conferences, Observation,
Data Collection, and Reflective Conference) with 4th and 5th Grade Math Teachers to
Improve Students Academic Performance at Vaughan Elementary School.
Some of the results were: Improvement in students engagement and students led activities,
teachers became more knowledge of Math content, and an improvement in students weekly
test scores.
