daterecordofinstallations,moves,adds,changes,removalsandfinaldisposalofallassets(forexample,hardware,softwareandcircuits).The
recordcontainsinformationforlocating,assessing,auditing,troubleshooting,countingandassigningassets,orperformingothertechnicaland
businessfunctionswithouttheneedtorepeatedlyvisittheassetlocationorreassembledatarecords.Italsoincludesthedeterminationofan
asset'susefullife,includingplanningfortheinstallation,upgrade,andremoval/disposaloftheassetandexecutingtheplan.
Procurement:Thisareasolicitsbids,negotiatespurchasingagreements,establishespurchaseorders,validatesvendors'bills,coordinates
withaccountspayableforpaymentsandhandlescontractadministration.
QualityAssurance
Thisincludesstaffresponsibilityformonitoring,trackingandrecommendingsolutionsforimprovingthecontentanddeliveryofservices
providedbythecustomerservicecontactcenter.
