Special Notes:
START UP:
Customers are responsible for calling in and scheduling their own start up. Once the unit
ships it is up to the customer to request it from our service department. Our company
does not automatically schedule start up because each customers needs vary. You can
reach Vivian in our service department (800) 797-7782 ext 201 to schedule your start up.
You will be required to provide the serial # of the unit or units. Please note she does
require a two week lead time for On Site Start up and three business days lead time for
Telephone Start Up. I have attached the form they will require to request their start up.
**Start up form does not apply to Lite-Wave units. **
BATTERIES:
Batteries ship directly from our Manufacture. Please notify your customers that the
batteries ship separately from the unit usually in advance without notice. Please handle
batteries with care. DO NOT DROP OR DRAG BATTERIES. Batteries need to be
connected or charged 90 days from date received ** Lite-Wave and Econosine units are
the ONLY units that usually ship with batteries. **
CANCELATIONS:
No order can be cancelled once we receive a Released Purchase Order.
ESD:
Please note ESD is an Estimate Ship Date, it does not confirm or guarantee actual ship
date.
Start up forms are only completed and submitted to the service department once the
units are received, installed and connected (do not start up).
I have attached the start up form; please have your customer fill it out completely. Once
the unit has power (DO NOT STARTUP), the form is filled out completely email or fax it to
vivianm@800pwrsrvc.com fax# (323) 721-5071 and call Vivian Meza 800-797-7782 ext
201, to schedule startup
I have attached our Credit Application and Credit Card Authorization form so they can
apply for credit or pay up front. Please note that credit does take 5-7 business days to be
processed thru our credit department. We cannot process a credit application until an
order is received from the distributor. Once the order is received the order will be put on
Hold unit either credit is approved or at least a 50% deposit payment is received. Deposit
can be paid to release order into production and customer may apply for credit in the
mean time, which will allow the order to be released to ship on credit if credit is approved.
Please note if 50% is paid upfront and customer opts out of applying for credit the
additional 50% will need to be paid prior to the unit being shipped. There is a 3% service
charge for all credit card transactions.

Startup is not an optional item. It is a required item designed to preserve the warranty,
and protect the operator from damaging the unit when it is first powered up. In
extremely rare cases we have bypassed this required process, but only after the operator
has signed a waiver releasing all liability from Crucial Power Products should an improper
installation cause a failure of the system, or damage to their facility.
In the case of the Econosine 2, this procedure is handled by telephone, so its not a very
intrusive procedure. We cant accept an order that does not include startup.

RMA:
Return Merchandise Authorizations can only be issued by our service department (800)
797-7782 ext 201. The serial # of the unit will be required in order for the service
department to assist. If RMA # is given, customer is required to properly package and
insure the merchandise. Do not stack merchandise; it must be wrapped, strapped and
palletized.
QUOTE:

Depending on the model, the serial number can be found on a label on the front door, or
on a label affixed to the inside of the front door. The serial number will start with two
letters, and be followed by four numbers i.e. AB1234

Hostile Environment
Battery Info: There are two components to an inverter system, the hardware and the
batteries. The hardware (electronics, cabinet, etc.) can be stored without power for an
almost indefinite time. The batteries are commonly shipped separately, depending on
the size of the system, and must be charged after 90-120 days.
In regards to the battery temperature as you know, we are not the manufacturer of
the batteries. Batteries are usually the weakest link in any product sold today. The
batteries sold with the Wall Mount unit are 77 degree ambient temperature which
simply means they have a life expectancy of 10 years in a 77 degree atmosphere.
They will still operate at lower or higher temperatures but will not have the same life
expectancy. Usually, these units are located inside in an office area where it is air
conditioned.
If the unit is rotated the batteries will shift positions and possibly cause damage. If
the unit is damaged because of the shift it would not be covered under the
warranty.
