D. Project Justification: This should qualify as a capstone because I will be learning how to conduct employee engagement surveys, how to improve employee
engagement, and help me with future career paths.
E. Product Justification: My product will help INL improve its employee engagement if they do choose to use the suggestions I will provide to them. It will also show my gained
knowledge over the next year of employee engagement as a whole.
G. Academic Integrity: If I were to not have academic integrity in this project it would be pointless. The point of this project is to learn, expand, grow, and develop
