TECHNICAL QUOTATION
(1) External Painting shall be as per Manufacturer's standard for CS valves. SS valves shall remain unpainted condition.

(2) Warranty will be 12 months from the date of dispatch from our end, for workmanship and materials only and not for any damage or problem which
arises apart from these causes including but not limited to mishandling, wrong application, wrong storage, wrong installation etc. In case of such defects
as pertains to material or workmanship defect for valves supplied by us, defective valves must be sent to us for repair. We shall repair the relevant valves
and return back to you; in all such instances all costs except repair costs to be borne by customer only.
Warranty does not cover onsite repair or jobs. If onsite repair is required and accepted by us, then it will be charged extra for which quote can be provided
against specific request. All warranty related repairs will be done at our Dubai facilities only or as deemed fit by Valvetech LLC entirely at its discretion.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise by us via written letter on Valvetech letter-head and signed by our authorized representative, this warranty clause
shall be enforced by default for orders resulting from this offer/proposal/quotation.
