SERVICES AND SUPPLE

Airport transfers Additional optional excursions

All students under 18 are required to use a Kaplan airport transfer
service for both their arrival and departure. The airport(s) to
and from which transfers are offered will depend on your study
destination. See the table below for further details and prices.
Insurance
All students and group leaders must have travel and medical
insurance for the duration of their stay. Kaplan can recommend a
comprehensive travel and medical insurance policy that includes
cover for medical expenses, loss of belongings, legal expenses
and personal liability. Ask your Kaplan representative for further
information and prices.
Courier fee
A courier service is offered for the purpose of expediting visa
documentation (where applicable). This costs as follows:
- From 35 GBP for UK bookings
- 50 USD for USA bookings
- 75 AUD for Australia bookings
- 85 NZD for New Zealand bookings
Documents will otherwise be sent by normal postal service.
These are offered at certain centers on top of scheduled
excursions and are not included in the package price. Exact
excursions will vary by particular center. Further details are
available from your Kaplan representative.
Special diet supplement
At our UK homestay centers, we can cater for students who
require a special diet, such as vegetarian, halal, kosher etc. The
charge for this service is 30 GBP/ per person per week.
Extra nights
These can be arranged at extra cost for the night immediately
before the course arrival date or immediately after the course
departure date. Extra nights are available at all UK junior centers,
subject to availability. For prices, see the table below.

journey. Transfer prices for these centers include a meeting service at the
airport when the student’s flight arrives. Prices for transfers with an extra
meeting service on departure, and for transfers with no meeting service
(age restrictions apply) are available on request. Shared transfers at all
other centers include a meeting service on both arrival and departure.
Shared transfers are subject to certain time restrictions and students may
be required to wait at the airport for up to 4 hours.
Private taxi transfers are also offered from selected airports. For further
information and prices, speak to your Kaplan representative.
