Nowadays the companies are searching for young people. Thats why the
adults have less possibilities of obtaining jobs. The age its getting more and
more important at the moment that you apply for a vacancy. For some places,
they need a range of age for developing specific tasks.
Obtaining a job is difficult but it is thought that it gets more difficult if you have
an advance age. In my opinion the adults have more experience and
knowledge that can help in a situation in which a guy that have just graduated
dont have.
At the other side, the younger people need
to have opportunities of getting jobs
because that is the way in which they
obtain all the experience. They will know
new ways to resolve the problems and they
will give to the company innovative ideas
that can revolutionize the course of the
company.
In conclusion, all the people can give and
help in all the companies that the age is not
an important factor to realize tasks.
