Terms & Conditions 20th April Havana Aperitivo contest

Organisation

The Rezidor Hotel Group S.p.r.l. , acting through the Radisson RED Brussels
team, with offices located at 44, Avenue du Bourget, 1130 Brussels, Belgium
("Rezidor"), organizes this contest with no financial conditions, nor obligation
of purchase (the "Contest").
Eligibility

The Contest is open to people attending the Aperitivo event on the 20th
April.
The Contest is not open to employees of Rezidor.
Term and Principle

The Contest starts on Thursday April 20th 18:00 PM CET and ends on
the same day at 22:00 PM CET.
By entering the Contest the participants will need to correctly answer
to the question: How many years Aperitivo Afterwork is celebrating?
To be eligible for winning the prize, the right answer of the question is
decisive.
Only one answer per participant is admitted.

Prizes

The prizes consist in two nights at the Radisson RED Brussels. The
nights are offered by the Radisson RED Brussels Hotel. Total value of
the prize: 200 euro.
The winner can claim the prize within on month after the official
announcement.
The night stays are offered for free and only via the Aperitivo event.
The prize include 2 night accommodation only. Neither transportation,
nor food is included in the prize.
The 2 night stay are valid for stays during the weekends, bank holidays
and from 1st of July until 3rd of September. Upon availability.

Selection of Winners

The winner will be identified by an impartial jury, which chooses

randomly among all those participants who have qualified for selection.
Decisions of the jury are final and are not subject to appeal. The price
 draw will be made on April 24th at 12 PM. The winner' names will be
announced publicly on Monday April 24th at 17 PM. A video clip will be
used when the winner is extracted, as a witness of the hotels good
faith.
Only one person can win the prize.

Publication of results

Rezidor will contact the winner via E-mail on the working day following
the selection of the winner. The decision is final and cannot be
challenged. The winner authorizes Rezidor to publish his/her name and
country of residence to announce the winner of the contest without
prior permission or financial compensation or the attribution of rights
other than the prize awarded, and those rights protected by current
data protection legislation. The winner names will be posted to
https://www.facebook.com/RadissonRedBrussels/

Rezidor may use the winner' name, home town, photograph or opinions
in future publicity or promotional material, and Participants agree to
such usage by participating in the Contest.

Rezidor will contact the winner via E-Mail on the working day following
the selection of the winner. The decision is final and cannot be
challenged.
Rezidor will actively try to contact the winner to make arrangements
for the delivery of the prize for a maximum period of 3 days following
the announcement of the winner. In the event that Rezidor is unable to
contact the winner in this timeframe, delivery of the prize will be given
to the 2nd or the 3rd person from the winning list.

The offer is void where prohibited by law. By participating in this contest,

you agree and consent to these terms and conditions.
