Project Title: Prevention of injuries during Firefighting

A. Project Abstract: (Refer to the detailed information located in the proposal/letter of intent)
To reduce the number of injuries of firefighting, I plan on making people more aware of what the real dangers to them happen to be. I will complete research and
also gain field experience while doing so. The research of my product will be conducted at the Baconton Fire Department where I am enrolled in a FireFighting 1
class. The active duty fire officers will participate in my courses with me and I, was well as future officers will benefit from my product. This topic is interesting to me
as this is the career field I plan on taking. My project will include a powerpoint to refer to key points of my presentation to inform people interested in fire safety.

This will will challenge me because of my scarcity of background knowledge. This project will challenge my physical abilities while also granting me new knowledge. By the end
of this project I intend to accomplish getting my certification in FireFighting 1 and to better inform myself and others about the risks and dangers of this career and how they can
be prevented while becoming a volunteer firefighter for my local county. I will develop analytic skills while observing experienced professionals around me.

E. Product Justification:

I intend on displaying a PowerPoint presentation along with the option of hands on props to increase elements that would it have lacked otherwise. The completion
of this product will help me answer my essential question and clarifying questions by providing those questions with a means of physical interpretation.
