1. On 1st September,2016 found flexible hoses length not conformity with drawing requiremnt, later sub-vendor send this batch of flexible hose to the supplier for
modify, on 11th September,2016 checked corrected hoses length and confirmed they were in line with the drawing and result can be acceptable.

2. For pile 3568-C03-063, on 2nd September,2016 found three indications at weld seam during perform MT, sub-vendor remove the defect immediately and
repaired according to approved repair procedure, later checked again by MT and confirm the result was satisfied.

3. For pile 3568-C06-058, on 06th September,2016 found Lift hole on padeye was irregular, the minumum dimension was 60 that not in line with the drawing
requirement of 74mm, later sub-vendor repaired the irregular hole, on 8th September,2016 inspected that dimension was75mm and can be acceptable.

4. For pile 3568-PS-026, on 8th September,2016 found two indications at weld seam during perform UT, later sub-vendor remove the defect and repaired according
to approved repair procedure, on 9th September,2016 checked again by UT and confirm the result was satisfied.
