Launch: 10 Minutes

I will get the attention of the class by simply using my voice. Start by asking students for their
opinion on the topic prior to the lesson. Give my rules to the class.

Instruction: 40 Minutes

First I will introduce the video. Then I will use entertainment as a tool to educate.
Then we will discuss things covered in the video. Then we will talk about the most
important thing to them in the video.

Closure: 10 Minutes

Well end with a quiz over the video. Then ask what they can change to be more
physically active.
